So You Think You're an Ethical Solicitor is a through reworking of a previous book (How To Be An Ethical Solicitor). This new version is fully up to date with the new SRA Standards and Regulations that came into force in November 2019. This concise set of regulations for how solicitors should operate gives them greater decision making responsibility. The aim of our new book is to provide solicitors with advice and insights to help them understand how they should respond in day to day practice. Case studies and examples are woven into the text, breathing life into what the regulations mean in action. 

The authors, Mena Ruparel and Richard Burnham, have also taken the chance to include completely new material, in particular a new chapter on the ethics of using legal tech.
