REFUNDS & RETURNS

Returns - print
All printed books are supplied on 14 days return (unless otherwise specified). We will refund you if the book does not meet your needs and is returned to us in a resaleable condition. Faulty / damaged goods will be refunded or replaced.

Refunds - digital editions
We will refund your money if

  • you contact us with 14 days of purchase
  • and the digital file has not been downloaded to any of your computers
  • or if the product does not work as advertised

Refunds - online subscription services
Refunds on digital / online subscription services will be made only where

  • the purchaser can demonstrate that they have not logged in to the relevant service other than for any trial / free periods of use. 
  • or the service does not operate as advertised for whatever reason

Our digital downloads are provided in either pdf or epub format (as indicated when selecting your format option) and are subject to the following license terms:
