We are delighted to announce that fourth edition of The Family Court without a Lawyer is now at the printers. We have been publishing Lucy Reed's book for 10 years now, and over that time it has helped thousands of people through family court proceedings though straight-forward, practical guidance presented without complicated legal jargon.

This new edition was much-needed. There are new chapters on the Domestic Abuse Act 2021 and the introduction of no-fault divorce that came into operation on 6 April 2022 as well as coverage of the processes and procedure for online court options. We're also delighted to say we have a foreword from the President of the Family Division, Sir Andrew McFarlane.

Author Lucy Reed is a leading voice in family court guidance and advice, through her 20 years experience as a family law barrister and her work as chair of The Transparency Project. 

Throughout these 10 years, a portion of the revenue received from Family Court without a Lawyer book sales goes to Advocate, a national charity that provides free legal help to members of the public. We're happy to say that we are continuing this support on  sales of the 4th edition.
